Digital Products

All products sold by A to Exceptional are digital downloads.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the download has been accessed, downloaded or made available to you.

By purchasing a digital product from A to Exceptional, you expressly agree that the digital content will be supplied immediately and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access to the content begins.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, receive the wrong product, or believe a file is defective, please contact us at hello@atoexceptional.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or other suitable resolution.
